Have a LG bottom freezer flashing 6,7 on freezer control. Replaced bad evap fan motor worked for a few days now flashing 6,7 again. Any ideas?

I have a LG refrigerator M# LBN22515ST that is flashing 6,7 on freezer control. I replace evap fan motor as it was bad. Refrig stopped bling 6,7 and worked for a few days now it is back to not working. Looking for suggestions on what I should look for next.

Is it still flashing the codes? All the info we have is "the fridge is not working." What does that mean? Imagine if you called a doctor and said "doc, I had a fever and I took some aspirin. I felt good for a few days, now I feel bad. Tell me what I should do next." The doc would ask you where it hurts, if you have a temp or chills, if you are congested?...If your fans are running? Uh...well, he may not ask the previous question, but we certainly would like to know

Will give the history of what I know. I had a customer call convinced he needed a control board for his refrigerator. I ordered a control board went out checked out refrigerator. I found the evaporator fan motor to be bad. Refrigerator would come on then a minute or two later the numbers 6,7 would start blinking on freezer control. I ordered and replaced evaporator fan motor. Powered up refrigerator and it worked fine according to the customer from Friday of last week until last night. 6,7 started flashing on freezer control and refrigerator stopped working. I hope this gives you better insight into the problem I am running into.

From reading some pertinent parts, make sure the customer is not putting fridge in demonstration mode by holding down a temp button for 5 or more secs (page 19). Page 17 discusses startup order.....compressor starts up before evap fan. I am not sure if this model REQUIRES compressor to startup first before it engages evap but you may want to check relay overload. The manual provides info on how to do that. Page 19 discusses test mode so you can start up compressor fan etc simultaneously.
Of real interest is 7-4 in the troubleshooting section. It talks about Power source problems and blank, dim and abnormal displays. Among other things it suggests to look for a bad transformer fuse or bad transformer along with checking power source.
I don't have a lot of experience with LG's but maybe the aforementioned can provide a modicum of help. I'm trying my best to get up to speed with LG fridges. There is something that I do have a bit more experience in and that is to always check thermistors. These things can wreck havoc on board communications. Also recheck all your connections and of course we have to consider a bad display or even a failure in your new board.

Thank you for the help on a manual. I am trying to learn about LG refrigerators also. I talked to another local servicer that is authorized LG this afternoon and he suggested the Bi-metal resistor/thermistor could be the problem.

Error codes are listed on page 22-- not seeing codes 6-7, though.
Put the unit into test mode (page 23), Test 1 and check for 13 to 15 Vdc at connector 4, pin 3 on the muthaboard. If the unit will not go into test mode because of the fan problem, then replace both the muthaboard and the fan motor (again).
BTW, this is SOP for me on all these single-board computer appliances (e.g., refrigerators with a muthaboard, ranges with an ERC, etc.) with their peripheral components (like fans): when there's a problem with a peripheral component and I cannot positively identify a problem with the component (e.g., fan motor getting valid power supply but not running; open fan motor winding, etc.) then I replace BOTH the muthaboard (single-board computer) and the affected peripheral. Been burned too many times trying to make edumucated guesses. If the manufacturers can't give me definitive guidance on isolating a problem, then I'm not going to lose my ass being their R&D department.
