Konichiwa,

 

I have replaced the circuit board, the thermal fuse and the heating element on my Whirlpool GU2600XTPQ3 dishwasher, and the unit is working fine.

 

However, I have noticed that there is no activity in the "Time Remaining" small display circular window (about the size of a nickel run over by a railroad train)

 

What gives,  have I forgotten a connection or should I try reinstalling the "old" circuit board?

You should turn the breaker off, unplug the connection to display, inspect to ensure wiring is secure then reconnect ensuring it's a good connection. Since it worked before replacing the board checking the connections is the first thing to do. Then turn the breaker back on and give it a minute.
