Hi Reg,
Thanks for the manual and for your question. Client called me today and I will be heading over tomorrow. The complaint is "clothes are too wet at end of cycle." Anything you feel I should know?

could be a bad or clogged Pump,
OR,
I'm not sure on that model if a defective Door Lock will prevent Hi-speed Spin ..
check the Spin Speed
