Model #ID-31.3g At first this dryer would sometimes light initially and then go out very quickly or would not light at all. I replaced the gas valve because it sounded like the coils had become weak. I can now get it to light sometimes with a good flame and stay lit, but only sometimes. On the instances it does not light, the igniter will still spark, but will just not light and can't really smell much gas. Please if anybody has any ideas what is next to look for let me know.

Did you take a reading for the gas pressure? what is it set at versus what should it be? If it lights and goes out, does it go out because the gas valve closes? what was the microamp reading on the flame sensor? Over-gassing an appliance only covers up an issue instead of rectifiying the problem, so it is important to make sure that low gas pressure was actually the problem.
