What is the flashing light W10219463 model number GC5SHEXB00 iNVERTER BOX

I am working on a Whirlpool Refridgerator model number GC5ShEXNB00. One year ago I replaced part number W10219463 Inverter box. The unit has worked fine until a 1 week ago. The old inverter box had a gray cover around it and you could not access it. The new one has a clear cover around it. When the unit stopped cooling, the green light on the Inverter box pulses 3 times pauses then does it again. I have the refrigerator service manual and it doesn't have any information on the this. I am stuck and not sure what to do. Does anyone have Diagnotic infomation on the part? Or do you know what is flashing light means?

Could not find any info re flashing lights but the service manual does provide testing info for the inverter. Useful info on page 3-3 and 5-3
