Hi
The cust. called me and said washer is dead and gave him an error code of f50 &f51. Do you guys have a list of error codes on these washers? I'm not familiar with these machines , But I guess I'm gonna have to jump in sooner or later.

Both are RPS sensor errors...
You'll prolly need to update the sensor, harness and control.

Also check for clothes or foreign objects stuck in between the inner wash basket and the outer tub and for a loose bolt on the rotor at the bottom of the machine.
RPS= Rotor Position Sensor

definitely check for items stuck between tub/basket and loose rotor bolt ,like Scott sez...ALOT cheaper than the other things!

lift up on the tub then try it fixed many like that also if it does come down to where you need the control board and wiring harness ive called the whirlpool tech line and they have transfered me to the partner team and becasue of those errors they took care parts and labor but it will depend how old it is but it wouldnt hurt to call
