How do I force a defrost on a frigidaire refrigerator with model #GLHS68EGSB2?

initiate defrost in most Frigidaires by pressing ff light switch 5 times in 6 seconds. The light bulb must be working.

Good call tpoin! Wasn't sure if this model had that interface. I thought it may have so that's why I said "most" frigidaires. Couldn't remember which service manual to check since Frigidaire uses the dumbest method of labeling their manuals i've seen.

G Frigidaire uses the dumbest method of labeling their manuals i've seen.

 

There's a method ?

from the GLHS68EGSB2 tech sheets:

NOTE
This product comes equipped with an Electronic Defrost Control.

To initiate defrost, depress the fresh food light switch 5 times in 6 seconds (light bulb must be working).

To terminate defrost, depress the fresh food light switch 5 times in 6 seconds.
