Is there any significant difference in these 2 kits? I notice one has the center post already bolted on the bracket.WE25X205WE25M40

Same kit/different prices.
L-O-N-G cycle times
Suds error message
Slow spin speeds
Intermittent water leaks (from rear of washer)
And other annoying symptoms which vary brand-to brand.
The *correct* amount of HE (High Efficiency) detergent that should be used in any front load or agitatorless top load washer with tub sizes 3.0 cu ft and larger is as follows:
HE: (2) Tablespoons Per Wash Load
HE 2X: (1) Tablespoon
HE 3X: (1) Teaspoon
Perform a TUB CLEAN CYCLE every (4) months.
Use: "Tide Washing Machine Cleaner"

Actually there is only one difference, the new plastic/?nylon rear bearing insert.
The new models use the second kit, it has a slightly thicker shoulder on the insert and slight larger diameter of the shoulder.
And one other unimportant difference, (that I just noticed by reading the parts descriptions), the newer model kit the ground strap slips thru the slot and it retained by one of the bearing holder mounting screws. The older model uses a separate stamped metal nut to hold the ground strap onto one of the mounting screws.
