I am working on a range Model # KERS807SSS00. I need a wiring diagram or service manual for this unit. I want to know what is involved with the oven operation. What has happened is. After the power was shut-off to the home. The oven lights stay on (regardless of what selection is made at the interface panel) and the oven will not heat.

WHY was the power shut off? Sounds like the EOC/clock took a power surge.

Yep - sounds like a fused relay on the Electronic Control. Here's yer diagram:
