Hey is there any way to get parts for this thing besides calling the manufacturer?
It would be nice to be able to see a parts diagram online.
Got a call that the thingy that lowers the upper rack is broken, so they can't raise the rack. I told them I'd be willing to make an over an hour round trip to take a peek at it, but if they were at all handy, I'd just show them where to order the part online.
Seems there are no parts online? Do they have to call Miele directly?
Would the mechanism that raises the rack be something anyone can install?
