broken or cracked shock mounts, door switch would be first try.

during Spin, is the Door locked ?
Is it really locked ?
If so, then un-plug Power Cord from Wall Outlet.
Can you then open the Door right away ? (bad Door Latch Assembly)
OR only after a few minutes ?

The internal "wax motor" is bad ..
could be disassembled and replaced ..
