This video is for the German-built Whirlpool Duet as opposed to the Mexican-built Whirlpool Duet Sport. Also sold under the Kenmore label as the HE4t.
F/dL is the fault code for a problem with the door lock assembly. Also includes bonus info for the special and confounding cases where the F/11 code is also appearing. F/11 is the fault code for a communications error between the CCU and the MCU but the CCU will also throw this code if it's not communicating with the door lock assembly.
