hello,i got a long distance customer who'se dryer flashes the dry/cool down/press care/clean vent lites 3 times and beeps when start button is pressed.said she can usually get it to work on a low temp, but not on normal/high.same result with vent disconnected.I'm guessing the flashing is a fault code, but i dont have a tech sheet/manual.Can you help? I want to have as much info and parts with me to avoid a second trip if possible. Thanks
