Once again, I'm not familiar with how the transmission or drive line works on this unit. Is there something obvious that I should be looking for like a splutch, clutch, transfer case? and would someone have the service manual? looks like you get into it from the back side and top? Thanks.

These washers do not have a transmission, just a rotor and stator. You have to access everything through the top and underneath the washer. Look for a loose bolt on the rotor assembly underneath the machine.
