To the Dojo,

Don't tell my girlfriend I've got three balls and I've having a problem handling them. Customer complaint is poor wash quality and poor draining. Using this very-helpful article (http://applianceguru...rum1/13325.html), I learned about the ball placement and check valve problems; unfortunately, I could access the ball placement pictures to solve that portion of my customers' problem. Can someone help a brotha out?
