To the Dojo,

Don't tell my girlfriend I've got three balls and I've having a problem handling them. Customer complaint is poor wash quality and poor draining. Using this very-helpful article (http://applianceguru...rum1/13325.html), I learned about the ball placement and check valve problems; unfortunately, I could access the ball placement pictures to solve that portion of my customers' problem. Can someone help a brotha out?

Thanks in advance,
Tyrus

MANY domos to you, Samurai. By sharing the light of Appliantology, the owners of this PowerWash will continue repair rather than engage in dishwasher heresy. Seriously, though, thanks for this, Scott; save MY bacon.
