Hi all, just wanted to share I have been using google calendar to schedule all of my appointments.  I can even input the address of each service call along with notes etc.  When I finish a job I open google calenadar on my cell to see where I'm off to next, tap the address and google maps will navigate me right to the address.  I can the tap on their phone number to give them a call that I am on the way.  

 

When you get within 200ft of your destination, google maps will even show you a picture of the house you are looking  for in most cases. Really cool and all free.

 

Give it a try if you are a one man op like I am.

i also use this. It is amazing.  We are a one tech shop so it works perfect for us. My scheduler schedules the calls and they instantly pop up on my android phone. I can also schedule appointments and they show up on my shop computer. Very simple and really makes a difference for a small business.
