ice o matic LEAKING ON FLOOR

Have a ice machine model # ICEU150HA4 under counter type and it is leaking water quite frequently.Wanted to know if anyone has serviced one of these for this problem.The customer has had it serviced for this problem and was told each time that it was fixed.going to look at it next week.Any tips would be3 appreciated

Multiple calls indicate that it's something not immediately obvious. If it's a plastic water line, look for stress marks where it might have gotten kinked and broken. Broken lines in a john guest fitting can spray in weird places then drip. Had a Scotsman once where the clamps had corroded to the point where the drain hoses were now leaking during the drain cycle.  

 

Look for nearby sources of water, like a leaking water heater, poorly fitted u-trap on the skink, etc.  Buddy of mine had multiple callbacks on a "leaking dishwasher;" turned out to be the dog bowl right next to the d/w was getting kicked.
