Compressor comes on for about 10 seconds and then clicks off. Few minutes later it does same thing. Compressor continues to cycle on and off without any significant run time. Control board issue or bad compressor??

Condenser Fan is wired to the Compressor.
Does the Condenser Fan continue to run ?
If so, has the Compressor Start Relay or Overload been changed lately (wrong one?)

and Compressor not shorted to chassis (ground) ?
Compressor (thermally) hot ?

I very well could be a bad relay, it appears it has the new TD/Time Delay start relay instead of the PTC start relay.
These time delay relays don't rattle when the go bad, try to start the compressor with a start cord, if it starts up replacing the relay should fix it up.
