been in the business for 26 yrs never like this dryer got cheaper made over the years glide problems rollers are substandard there is a reason there is 3 yrs parts and labor part of the price your paying and better than 50 percent chance that you will need that extra warranty just my opinon let the other experts chim in but its only one man opinion

I took your words to heart and really dug in. Again, found many good reviews over all, BUT... quite a few negative about the particular model I was looking at. Namely, the dials and components and how dealing with the company was difficult.
Went back to the store and goofed with the dials and knobs. Hands down a cheaper feel than the others. The more I looked, the more it looked to me an internally good dryer wrapped in inferior parts.
I bought a Whirlpool.
