First thing that we notices was that the clock went to all 888's but the washer was still working. After about 2 months I am told that the washer does not turn so I go to turn it on and the clock is right and it looks like everything is OK until I realize that the drum is not moving. So I switch it to spin and you hear the pump working for 7 minutes (clock started at 9 minutes) and then the drum starts swishing back and forth for 2 minutes then stoped. So I have the drum swishing on was during the spin (I have it on max spin) and it does nothing on wash mode. Any Idea's?

Does the door lock?

If so, the 888 would indicate you need this.

The door DOES lock but now the 888 is back to normal and the wash cycle does nothing and during the spin cycle the drum is swashing back and forth like a wash cycle. You are probably right on the board but is there a way to put it into a test mode so it will tell me the problem and is there a way to reset the washer to default? Am I asking too much from to little (Bosch).
