Have a Kenmore side by side refrigerator model no. 253.53322300 that is not defrosting.You can see the frosting on the back wall of the refrigerator.There is not a defrost timer on this refrigerator.Can you give me some troubleshooting tips and help.Also a service manual would be great.Thanks
