I have a refrigerator that the water started pouring out of the door dispensor turned off the water and the board on the door went into lock mode could not get out of the lock mode so replaced the electronic control board in the door and then the ice auger comes on all the time could not get it to stop so put the old board back in and it is still locked. could i have gotten a bad board or is there possibly another problem.

the part number is   w10144584 and no it does not with the old board it is in the lock mode and can not get it out of it but when the problem first started it did just start letting the water flow all by itself
