Model #RF265AABP.  Customer complaining of slow ice production.  I put a thermometer in the freezer and called back to have the customer check the temp and it was right around zero.  I felt in the ice mold and there was water forming into ice in the mold and it seemed full front to back.  Wondering what could cause the slow production.
