I have a problem with my washer as well.  How do I perform the diagnostic test?

The newer duets you have to pick a button except start pause or cancel. Hold the button down for 3 seconds then release for 3 seconds. Repeat till all lights start flashing. Should be 3 times. As the Samurai stated, model number is needed to be sure.

Kicks major Samsung booty first, asks diagnostic questions later.
