Ice maker will not work....

I have seen the vid about how to find out if this has a 2002 ice maker and she does.....

Next I ohmed out the motor and it's OPEN

So instead of buying a whole ice maker I bought the motor assembly

When I received the new assembly it OHMED out good.

I tired the T-H test and she does not turn on either the old motor NOR the new one......

I replaced it w/a FSP W10190935 ice maker motor module

Need some help in this area....thx!

Good question, I've ran into a few times the fuse being open in the wiring harness of the ice maker.

Hey I noticed the mold tray has some grey chunks missing......if I wanted to just buy a new unit what is the part #? I can use FSP W10190935 ice maker motor module as a spare part.

Ohm the black wire on the wiring harness in the picture that Reg posted. When the motor seized it may have heated up, letting the thermofuse so it's job.
