I have a Whirlpool Cabrio, WTW7340XW0, that is about 2 1/2 years old.  It started making a clunking noise today when it is in the agitation mode.   If you put your hand on the side panel, about 3/4 the way up, sort of in line with the top of the tub, you can feel it the most there when it makes the noise.   Any ideas?  Thanks..

If only 2 1/2 years old you might just need to grease the upper balls that hold the suspension to the upper frame, new suspension rods come as a kit w/ upper balls and cups that they ride in
