Model MGDC300XW1

Doing a LP conversion and the LP kit #49572 or 49572A does not work for this valve.

Help please.

Model MGDC300XW1

 49572A does not work for this valve.

that's the part number listed in Maytag's MGDC300XW1 parts manual

49572A is what I show in every look up I have.  Are you 100% sure the model is correct? If you change the 1 at the end to a 0, it takes a orifice kit #  234868

 

Did the valve have the old two individual coils, or was it the new kit where they are togeather???

The coils are one piece on this valve.

The model number is correct.

New dryer purchased yesterday.

W10328463 is the new coils

W10337269 is a new valve

 

WHP went away from the stand. White Rodgers valve about 4 years ago. Looks like the parts look ups are wrong. I have not had many/ANY issues with the new valve and coils at all.

Know wonder the pin doesn't fit.

I went back to the dryer conversion and made a successful conversion.

Just wanted your instructions for backup.
