I have not been out to see this machine, but I want to be prepaired when I do.  There is a LE Error code and I just wanted to know where to start. thanks.

LG washers throw this error code when they sense there’s a problem with the rotor position sensor (RPS, also called a Hall Effect Sensor). There may or may not actually be a problem with the RPS, but the machine computer is pointing us in that direction. So, we start there.
 
 
If the RPS turns out to be bad (which it almost always is for this error code), then here's the replacement hall sensor.
