What causes the heat mold fuse to blow in samsung ice makers?

Shorted mold heater for one.  Voltage for valves might go through the heater circuit.  Might check continuity of valve solenoids.

New valve. Would an incorrect main board cause this? A previous tech installed the incorrect board.

Put a brand new ice maker in it and blew it right away. A&e installed the incorrect board so I hope thats what it is.
