Just got a call that I have to catch later and the fridge is set at 35 and has been staying Around 41 and the freezer is -20. I hate starting a thread without even looking at the fridge, but I'm short on time today and would like some tips if available. They said a thermistor has been changed.
Thanks

Got a motorized damper in the air diffuser.  Check position of thermistor bulb.  Look for frost from warm air intrusion.  Diffuser p/n 2216112.

Check for ice in return air duct, if ff side isn't cold enough it will keep on running pulling the freezer to those subzero temps
