do you mind sharing on this door catch change, i was on a call recently that had a wide open door that was very hard to close, didnt know what to say other then it might be normal

This was the dumbest engineering change. I gave my opinion to Whirlpool and the engineers at the Whirlpool dryer plant in Marion, Ohio  about this and I even forced them to publish this service bulletin.

yea they do have a bullentin about a new catch and sticker so this door don't keep poping

It seems more and more Whirlpool keeps trying to redesign and fix what isn't broke.  If it worked fine for 30 years why do they feel the need to redesign something now?  STUPID STUPID STUPID!
