This could be caused by several things. The washer not level, check to make sure one of the rear leveling legs is not stuck up and the other all of the way down. You could also have one or more of the brown glides under the slide plate worn or broken. The rear leveling spring may have come off or broke. You could have a worn drive block letting the spin basket wobble. More information would help, like when is it going off balance, agitate or spin and excatly what it is doing, any noises that are new. And be sure the washer is on a solid floor. If on a wood floor, see if it is solid, not giving when you walk on it. You could also have a transmission malfunction or a coupler that is worn and vibrating and a motor mounting rubber that has fallen out. I would also hope the shipping pins were removed.
