Thermador oven with a 4 burner stove top. (gas)

2 Probelms

Problem 1. Right front burner- when you turn on the burner the click click click ignition spark doesn't stop. It keeps trying to lite even though it is already lit. Is this caused by the spark electroid? or the  spark module? The spark switch is good.

Problem 2. When you set it to bake, about 30 seconds later it shuts off.  This happens randomly. It will often start fine but randomly resets.

Customer wants it to work 100% because it only fails on thanksgiving and Christmas due to the built in calender it can choose which days it wants to break down on;>

Also there is evidence that a mouse has lived under the burners;>

Check affected ignitor wire to grounding to chassis (courtesy of our friend Mickey).  For oven, be sure cooling fan is running and air switch is satisfied and working.

The funny thing. When it shuts down the fan is not running. But it only does it 1 out of every 5 try's.

Lost and confused.

The owner says there are days where it won't start.

I will check for ground shorts.
