I was just out on a call where a service tech got mad at his customer and went behind the fridge and then it made a "hissing sound and tore out of the driveway."

I can't believe this.

Here is what I found

Yep i got paid no problem. He damaged her door and she just wanted to know if he would take of it? She had her checkbook in hand filling the check out when the guy freaked out.

I went out after this guy changed a direct drive water pump and Greased the customers clutch.

I wish she would. This guy hijacked my friends (who just died) web listings and is working under my friends business name. He was a great and honest tech and this guy is a crook! Makes me sick what he is doing. Especially under my good friends business name!

Sounds like a guy in my area who uses:
South Eastern Appliance Repair Service.

S..E..A..R..S..in the yellow pages.

He has an 800 phone number and charges outrageous prices.

You got it wrong,

I think he's actually saying the name of the listed repair company is "South Eastern Appliance Repair Service."

and the person uses the S.E.A.R.S. "initials"
