I'm bad.  I can't tell you how many of those I replaced and never killed power to the fridge. I just always unplugged the left harness first to kill power, and plugged it in last before I programmed.  This is when I was at Sears and I was being timed like crazy.  Not to mention the liability for floor damage by pulling the refrigerators out on hardwood floors :sad:
