just trying to find a link for the how to on the door latch assembly replacement... got to remove that rubber gasket, pull out the latch, etc.. not rockete science be must be some tricks on that... tried searching the forum, couldn't find...

can i reply to my own topic?

at the bottom of the gasket, there is a flap with a spring.

that spring connects the two parts of the wire together that holds the door gasket in place.

unhook the wire, remove gasket, remove door latch.

if your spring is like mine, rusted, it might break, be aware of that...

all good....?
