I have a Kenmore refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. Nothing is cold. The model number is 795.75004400. How do I diagnose what the problem is? Thank you for your patience and help!!

For starters, use the site search to find the Ssamurai's uber-helpful "warm refrigerator fire drill".
