Searching for hints or repair manual for VIKING 0205 SS Oven.

Upper oven thermostat needs to be replaced. I have replacement but I do not know or see

how to remove the old thermostat from the back of the oven.

Looks like a job for superman..

How in the heck do you get access to that thing ?

Drinking profusely at the point !

This oven is a Beast, but you don't exactly have to be Superman to work on it. It probably won't be much help but here's the manual.

http://appliantology...service-manual/

"Suds are not good"
"They write directions for a reason"
"Make sure you're using it right before you say it's not working correctly"
"If if has a Diagnostic Test Cycle, Run it before and after you fix it!"
"Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is insane"
"For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong."

Yamabushi,

I really appreciate it ! The irony was VIKING sold me the parts then told me after I purchased ( ** no return ** ) they are not allowed to provide any documentation nor help with repairs.

So, they can sell me the part but they will not tell me how to install ! sounds like a govt project !

   Thanks !!!
