Icemachine taking too long to produce ice, and sometimes tripping high pressure cut-off!! Any ideas to solution? And what should my pressures be running at on high and low side?

I believe this is the service manual you need
http://appliantology...servcie-manual/

"Suds are not good"
"They write directions for a reason"
"Make sure you're using it right before you say it's not working correctly"
"If if has a Diagnostic Test Cycle, Run it before and after you fix it!"
"Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is insane"
"For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong."

Is the condenser coil clean?
Is the fan motor running up to speed?
What is the water temp and air temp entering the machine?
What is the ambient temp?
Is water leaking into machine?

How long is too long?

Age of machine?
