Hi,

I was having issues with the fridge not cooling well. I removed the damper control to check for blockage. I am now unable to reconnect the rod (the rod connecting the dampre to the freezer tep. comtol dial) to the grey assembly because the rod is pushed upward when I try to insert the rod into the hole in the assembly. Do you know how this can be reattached?

Thanks

Dennis

Sorry I forgot to mention the model. It is a Whirlpool DesignerStyle ETZZDMXBW00.

Thanks

Thanks for the reference but the issue is the rod goes upward when I try to put it into the baffle hole connection. The rod is light and just raises into the slot where it comes out of the top of the fridge when i push on it with the grey baffle attempting to connect it.
