In this rockem-sockem episode of Appliantology TV, Samurai Appliance Repair Man is batting clean-up behind another appliance tech and an electrician, both of whom failed to fix the problem.  The Samurai leads you by the hand and nose through a tricky and rare problem that prevented a dryer heating element from getting hot and the timer from advancing yet the motor still ran.  Although electric dryers are the simplest appliance to work on, sometimes wiring and power issues can be interesting, as with any 240 volt appliance.
