LG3431HW not drying

My LG3431HW does not dry clothes. It spins them to an almost dry point in the wash cycle and then during the dry cycle, they get sopping wet. I already cleared a bunch of lint from the vents. It seems like there is a lot of water being let in during dry cycle.

I'm not familiar with the LG Combos at all. The only time I see combos is on yachts, and they don't use LG. But I do have a few useful items.
