Fridge runs great, but cant get any water.  Ice comes out no problem, I replaced the touch pad but still won't work. I know it's a board but not sure if it's the dispenser board or main control board. Also the fridge temp will go down, but not back up....

Put it into test mode and see if you're getting 120vac at the dispenser valve coil when you depress the flapper:  http://appliantology...tor-tech-sheet/

If you're getting voltage to the valve, then either a frozen fill tube or bad valve:  http://www.repaircli...ber=GI5SVAXVB02

It's not that it won't dispense, I can't even get the button to light up.  Everything else on the touch pad works, just not the water button.  Put in new touch pad and water still won't light up.  I know it's a board just not sure if it's the main board in the back or the dispenser board....
