I just took a call for this SubZero 561 and they say that the freezer section is keeping cold and the ice is still formed and good.

 

The complaint is that there is a small puddle of water in front and the Fresh Food section is warm, not cooling.

 

Before I head out, what would have caused the puddle of water, if say the relay for that compressor is out?
