Hi

I have Kenmore refrigerator model 795.51312.012

it does not have ice or making ice.

cold water does come out.

can any help with a checklist to check?

or may be something simple, because I google and there are two other questions with same issue, an there is no answer.

Put a thermometer in a glass of water and put it in the freezer. Wait 24 hours and tell us the temp.

That's not a temperature.  We need a number, preferably in Fahrenheit.
