The bake function is not working. The door lock light flashes, but no heat. The broiler works. I suspect it has something to do with the door lock mechanism, but I don't have a wiring diagram or any other info. The customer said that she used the self clean function and it hasn't worked since. She says if she puts it back on self clean, the door lock light stays lit as if it is locked, but it does not lock and it does not heat. I am scheduled to go look at it Monday.

Thank you for your efforts. I found the door micro switch was bad. I like to review service manuals on appliances I am not particularly familiar with prior to arriving so I look knowledgeable in front of the customer, but in this case it turned out to be pretty simple anyway. Again, thanks for your time.
