Customer stated water not heating in wash cycle. Ran unit through diagnostics and heater would NOT turn on to heat water at step 11. It would turn heater on at step 4 to check drying heat. I replaced owi/thermister and control board. Still the same trouble,not heating water in wash cycle. Water inlet temp around 100 degrees. Need help on this one.
