I just replaced the drain pump motor due to leaking. i can hear water draining but it will not spin. Then I notice there is still quite a bit of water left in the drum. the drum spins when it is washing. Help

Do you mean you still see water in the inner basket?

 

 

the drum spins when it is washing.

 

 

Are you saying the basket is spinning when, instead, it should be tumbling back and forth?
