Unit will not cut off unless unplugged.  Comes back on when plugged back in even though selector switch is in off position. Doesn't respond to pause button.  Can' t get it to go into service mode. Motor runs, lid locks, spin led blinks, and drain pump runs but unit will not spin or respond to pause button. Was told by fellow tech to walk away from it. He said he had replaced the EC in one three times before GE admitted there was problems with this Chinese made POS. Should I heed his advice??

Here's the manual. http://appliantology...ter-minimanual/ Good luck. Where I work they just put in 4 of them to serve about 50 elderly people in the assisted living wing. Commercial use, no warranty. Should be fun...

EDIT: This one too: http://appliantology...service-manual/
